Staci Kaliner has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and information technology fields, providing her with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical leaders to define and execute integrated solutions for clients. Staci has a track record of success in the investigative, computer forensic, eDiscovery, and litigation support environments, supporting corporate investigations, civil litigation, and business process improvements. Staci leverages strong analytical and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Some of Staci’s recent work experience includes:
Identifying and implementing information governance best practices
Advising clients on defensible solutions to help address challenges associated with the preservation of social media and Web 2.0 electronically stored information
Evaluating and assessing approaches for the collection and analysis of data from mobile devices
Establishing and implementing preservation programs for departing employees
Defining strategy for internal investigations, including vendor selection, management of project logistics, analysis of sensitive data, and identification of experts
Developing, analyzing, and testing of search terms and leading the evaluation of early data assessment tools and techniques
Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Staci worked as the Director of Computer Forensics and Electronic Discovery Services at JurInnov Ltd. In this role, she worked with legal and business clients on the application of technology solutions as they pertained to litigation. Staci also spent 17 years with Ernst & Young in both New York City and Cleveland. While there, she worked with global practice leaders to define strategic and tactical direction of their software-based applications. She also designed tools to identify fraud, defined data analysis processes, and managed financial statement audits.

Staci is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). She is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigator’s Association, FBI InfraGard, Association of Litigation Support Professionals, Northeast Ohio Software Association, the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and the American Institute of CPAs.
