Cricket Wood brings over 15 years of information technology experience to her role as an Advisor at Redgrave LLP. Cricket is a seasoned professional with extensive experience working with both private and public entities managing enterprise software development projects, strategic planning, business process analysis, and process re-engineering. Her technical background and understanding of the significance technology plays in eDiscovery and information governance makes her an invaluable addition to the teams at Redgrave LLP. Some of Cricket’s recent work experience includes:
Managing multiple mission critical projects for clients, including all phases of the software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
Leading business process analysis and re-engineering
Creating business process models, use cases, data dictionaries, design documents, test plans and test scripts to support software development
Working with senior level managers to understand client’s business drivers and developed multi-year strategic plans
Analyzing clients' quality assurance processes and procedures
Developing and executing test plans and test scripts to ensure software conformed to internal quality standards
Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Cricket worked for Infinity Software Development, Inc. as a Manager and Lead Business Analyst, and for Control Systems Integrators, LLC, as Director of Client Services.
