Katherine Hamilton has more than 20 years’ experience with complex litigation matters, including shareholder and contract disputes, class actions, and white collar criminal matters. This experience, along with her strong litigation support background and project management skills, makes her a critical asset to client eDiscovery and information governance projects. Some of Katherine’s recent work experience includes:

  • Providing assistance during all phases of discovery, including conducting custodial interviews, coordinating large-scale electronic document and data collections and processing projects, managing vendor relationships, and developing document review protocols
  • Performing responsiveness and privilege reviews, and conducting QC reviews for productions
  • Managing contract review teams on large-volume discovery efforts for multi-phased productions
  • Assisting with case preparation for trials, arbitrations, appeals in state, federal and appellate courts
  • Managing exhibits and courtroom technology during trial proceedings and testimony
  • Recommending and implementing eDiscovery solutions
  • Overseeing project management for large scale document review and productions
