Kathryn Johnson has over 30 years of experience in information technology, including project management, process development, and process documentation for both large and small corporate clients. In addition, Kathy is recognized for her experience in the design and facilitation of corporate training programs as well as with application implementation and support. Kathy’s work experience includes:
Managing information technology and computer systems
Making recommendations about the purchasing of technology resources
Training staff about potential uses of existing technologies
Monitoring and maintaining technology to ensure maximum access
Managing the development, deployment, and ongoing support of an application to monitor drug shipments in and out of pharmacies for a national drug chain. The chain saved over $1 million in the first year using the application to prevent drug theft.
Managing a team that developed, implemented, and supported automated redelivery paging solutions for three major newspaper chains.
Implementing and supporting emergency notification systems for national assisted living chains.
Prior to joining Redgrave, Kathy served as President of Advanced Wireless Solutions. In this role, Kathy managed the sales, installation, and support of messaging solutions along with a value-added reseller network. Kathy has also worked with Technology Investments, Inc. and with IBM as a Systems Engineer.
Organizational Involvement & Memberships:
Kathy is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), ARMA International, and the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM). Kathy has earned the AIIM ERM Professional and Specialist certificates.
Kathy received a B.A. from DePauw University (magna cum laude).
