Kevin Benedicto Moderates Panel at the Bar Association of San Franciso Annual Meeting

On Thursday, November 14, Kevin Benedicto will moderate “Civility in the Courtroom: Wisdom from Bay Area Judges” at the Bar Association of San Franciso Annual Meeting.  The panel will feature Hon. Maria Evangelista (San Francisco Superior Court), Hon. Peter Kang (United States District Court, Northern District of California), and Hon. Monica Wiley (San Francisco Superior Court).

The session will discuss expectations of civility in the courtroom, dos and don’ts for practicing before the panelists, and provide guidance for attorneys dealing with opposing counsel, including when and how to raise concerns with the presiding judge.
