Laurie Carpenter Presents at the ARMA Golden State Chapter and City Clerks Association of California CRM/CRA Prep Conference

On February 7, Laurie Carpenter will present at the CRM/CRA Prep Conference, hosted by the ARMA Golden State Chapter and the City Clerks Association of California.

This conference is designed for professionals who want to enhance their knowledge of records and information management while working towards earning a Certified Research Administrator (CRA) designation from the Institute of Certified Records Managers (CRM).

Laurie's session will help participants prepare for the CRA and CRM exams.  The presentation will cover the topics included in each exam, review sample test questions, and discuss effective test-taking strategies.
