On July 19, 2024, David Shonka will present “Corporate Compliance and ESG: From Voluntary to Mandatory to... Subpoenas?” with Gabriel Webber Ziero (Swiss Re), Jeane Thomas (Crowell), and Fatma Keskin (Delhaize Belgium) at the inaugural International Data Law Forum hosted by the International Data Law Association.  Panelists will address how global entities can effectively navigate the complexity of new regulations while mitigating the risk of "greenwashing" claims and complying with competing regulatory and legislative inquiries.
