Serving as a consulting or testifying expert witness, court-appointed special master, or court-appointed expert advisor is a primary area of focus of Redgrave’s practice. Redgrave attorneys have given expert testimony or provided expert reports in numerous matters on a broad range of cutting-edge discovery-related issues in high-stakes matters, including the scope of discovery, preservation, collection, and production efforts, claims regarding proportional discovery, and claims related to privilege or confidentiality. Redgrave attorneys have also served as special masters or court-appointed expert advisors in numerous cases to oversee the discovery process or to adjudicate disputes between the parties related to specific discovery or merits issues. Two Redgrave attorneys are Fellows of the Academy of Court Appointed Neutrals (ACAN), which is the only national organization dedicated to furthering the understanding of the bench and bar on the use of court-appointed neutrals.
