Brian is an experienced attorney with an extensive eDiscovery background in a wide range of matters, including products liability, breach of contract, fraud, and bankruptcy, and has experience advising clients on litigation preparation, electronic document review and analytics, and data collection.  Brian also has an M.B.A., which allows him to approach problems, processes, and procedures from both a legal and business perspective.

Brian’s focus includes advising clients on litigation support technologies and tools, including analytics solutions; developing document review strategies, workflows, protocols, and performance metrics; drafting privilege and redaction logs; coordinating deposition and witness preparation; and performing due diligence reviews. 

Before joining Redgrave, Brian worked as an attorney and eDiscovery project manager at various law firms.  Brian has also served as an Arbitrator in the Cook Country Courts Mandatory Arbitration Program for more than a decade.

Brian’s work experience includes:

  • Providing a telecommunications company with eDiscovery support for a range of matters, including internal investigations, FCC and FTC investigations and inquiries, and other litigation
  • Working with trial teams on fact development, custodial profiles, deposition preparedness, and case timelines for a multinational technology company in complex commercial litigation alleging fraud and breach of contract
  • Consulting with merits counsel and joint defense groups on the use of technology assisted review (TAR) and advanced analytics to achieve review and production efficiencies
  • Developing and managing privilege and second-level review workflows for product liability multi-district litigation and complex litigation
  • Providing legal counsel and analysis related to protected health information (PHI) and personally identifiable information (PII) for large hospital systems, pharmaceutical companies, and insurance providers
