Britt has experience in complex commercial litigation and related discovery issues, having focused particularly on insurance matters involving fraud schemes. 

She has handled discovery matters in cases in federal and state courts nationwide, including producing and reviewing electronically stored information (ESI) and handling discovery disputes with both parties and non-parties.  She also conducts internal investigations relating to fraud schemes, and develops and implements approaches to use data analytics to identify fact patterns and inform case strategy. 

Before joining Redgrave, Britt worked as an attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman.  She was also an extern for Judge Ronald J. Bartkowicz in the Law Division at the Circuit Court of Cook County.  

Britt’s work experience includes:

  • Consulting with a large finance and insurance company regarding fraudulent patterns and conduct revealed in medical records
  • Analyzing extensive billing data from medical providers to advise a large finance and insurance company on notable concerns
  • Advising a large finance and insurance company on breach of contract concerns
  • Working with medical experts to provide guidance to a large finance and insurance company on insureds’ treatment
