Carole advises clients on eDiscovery issues in complex litigation matters. Her work includes drafting privilege logs, utilizing predictive coding, and conducting technology assisted review (TAR).
At Redgrave, Carole works on data collection strategy, search creation, and managing complex document reviews and productions using various review tools, including Relativity, for litigation matters, internal investigations, and responses to investigations by U.S. government agencies.
Carole has counseled clients in a wide variety of matters, including products liability litigation, government investigations, and enforcement actions by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), False Claims Act (FCA), and Second Requests by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for antitrust-related matters.
Prior to joining Redgrave, Carole was a staff attorney at Sidley Austin LLP and Covington & Burling. She also worked as an attorney and team lead for eDiscovery service providers.
