Diana has over twenty years of experience representing clients in complex litigation matters and managing complex discovery issues in large-volume, document-intensive cases.  She has handled all stages of litigation, including investigations, pleadings, discovery, pre-trial matters, trial, and, if appropriate, settlements and appeals of trial decisions.

Diana plans and executes discovery strategies for high-stakes matters and leverages her knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and tools to guide the preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).  Diana understands what goes into building a successful litigation case and works with client teams to effectively tell a client’s story through data and evidence.  She also prioritizes an efficient approach to handling depositions, fact analysis, and drafting and arguing motions to ensure a cost-effective outcome for her clients.

Diana has counseled clients on a broad range of matters, ranging from fiduciary duty claims and commercial contracts to bankruptcy adversary proceedings.  Diana has worked with large, multinational enterprises on class action lawsuits and other complex litigation, and has also represented businesses, officers, directors, beneficiaries, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, and trustees in connection with bankruptcy-related matters.
