Diana brings two decades of experience in Information Law to her role as a Managing Director at Redgrave, focusing on information governance and technical aspects of eDiscovery. She leverages her extensive background working with legal and technical teams and a Master of Science in Software Engineering to develop realistic and defensible data solutions.
Diana works with clients’ legal, business, and IT teams to identify the root causes of data-related issues and recommend solutions to remediate risks and expenses, including partnering with Fortune 100 clients and Am Law 100 firms, to efficiently and effectively address complex data management issues. Diana identifies and advises on issues and solutions related to the life cycle of information and integration of emerging technologies, including in the areas of records management, discovery readiness gap analyses, and development of legacy data disposition plans. She also has a depth of experience engaging and collaborating with technology vendors and service providers to meet client business objectives.
Diana also investigates the complexities and impact of potential data loss through the examination of complex technologies and business processes, including orphaned or legacy systems. She effectively directs engagements by applying sound project management principles to the tasks at hand, identifying key information points needed to complete assessments, making recommendations, and driving projects to completion so that all stakeholders understand the process and goals, as well as the resulting analysis and recommendations.
