Liz advises clients on a range of discovery issues, including identification of relevant data, search term analysis and refinement, technology and analytics, defensible processes and workflows for document review and production, and discovery coordination.

She has supported multi-district litigations and other mass tort actions, intellectual property disputes, and state and federal investigations.  Her work primarily involves overseeing and directing document review and discovery support in high-stakes litigation matters, including supervising the second-level review process, providing targeted and efficient review services, overseeing discovery negotiations with requesting parties, data collection strategy development, and risk management, as well as preparing key protocols and procedures for complex review training.

Before joining Redgrave, Liz was a director at UnitedLex and an attorney at two law firms in Richmond, Virginia.  

Liz’s work experience includes:

  • Coordinating document collection, review and production efforts, and preparation of fact sheets in a multijurisdictional proceeding involving a birth control product for a pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer healthcare company
  • Coordinating document collection, review, and production in a multijurisdictional proceeding involving surgical mesh product lines for a pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer healthcare company
  • Coordinating document review and production in a multijurisdictional proceeding involving an antacid drug for a global pharmaceutical company
  • Working with a global pharmaceutical company on cross-case coordination for document production in two multi-district litigations involving a chemotherapy medication
  • Working with a global pharmaceutical company on cross-case coordination for document production in coordinated discovery proceedings related to price fixing
