Glen has extensive experience supporting information governance and data management initiatives, and works with stakeholders to compile and analyze complex data to address information requests and devise technical solutions for matters related to Information Law.
As a Director at Redgrave, Glen guides clients in optimizing their enterprise-wide systems and data storage and management practices. He leads initiatives that focus on collaboration and operational efficiency, including implementing enterprise-wide metadata management tools, developing robust data governance policies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption.
Glen also conducts data quality assessments and establishes validation protocols in auditing corporate compliance programs. He leads investigation and information-gathering from structured data sources in litigation and investigation matters, including navigating compliance issues surrounding requests for information from federal regulators and financial institutions. In addition, Glen has served as an expert witness on issues related to information governance, discovery process, and technology issues.
Before joining Redgrave, Glen held information governance, data management, and compliance positions within various large technology corporations. His in-house experience includes developing and implementing two distinct programs supporting in-house information governance and data management.
Glen is a Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP).
