Heather has an extensive eDiscovery background and experience in quality control review of document productions, drafting privilege logs, and seeking efficiency in the review process. She assists clients in commercial litigation and dispute matters, as well as government investigations and enforcement actions.
At Redgrave, Heather works on the initial review of custodial documents for management teams of clients, quality control review for consistency in responsive and privilege determinations, review for third party privilege agents of the client, and draft and quality control review of privilege logs. She also trains technology assisted review (TAR), guides first-level review teams, handles on-site document collections and interviews, and manages complex document reviews using various review tools, including Relativity.
Heather’s pro bono work includes assisting with the restoration of voting rights through the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition (FRRC).
Prior to joining Redgrave, Heather was a staff attorney at Sidley Austin LLP. She also worked as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office in Sarasota, Florida in the Misdemeanor and Juvenile Divisions. During law school, Heather clerked at the District Attorney’s Office in Macon, Georgia.
