Jason has extensive experience with eDiscovery and document review in complex litigation and investigation matters.
At Redgrave, Jason works with the Review & Analytics team on data collection strategy, search creation, and managing complex document reviews and productions using various review tools, including Relativity. He also trains review attorneys on project protocols and review guidelines.
Jason’s experience includes conducting high-level, high-volume quality control reviews and handling the review and analysis of complex and highly sensitive documents related to litigation, including high levels of document review, relevancy, privilege (logs and redactions), and confidentiality.
Prior to joining Redgrave, Jason worked as a review attorney at several law firms and was involved in multi-year projects at all review levels, including QC, trial preparation, privilege logs, and privilege redaction. His previous work experience also includes handling intellectual property, entertainment, environmental, technology, and healthcare matters. During law school, Jason served as a staff writer for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.
