Janna collaborates with Firm leadership to align financial strategies with organizational objectives and ensure the Firm’s resources are efficiently utilized.
Janna identifies and implements financial process standards and improvements that benefit clients and the Firm. These efforts include leading financial software conversions and set-up in accordance with law firm policies, processes, and workflows; developing the annual operating and capital budget process with multiple departments and firm leadership; and consistently collaborating and communicating with all law firm business operations, including finances, human resources, marketing, facilities, and IT.
Janna also prepares detailed profitability analyses to better leverage timekeeper utilization and assesses appropriate rates, as well as manages the delivery of timely financial reports and analyses to firm stakeholders. Additionally, Janna plays a crucial role in managing Redgrave’s external relationships with outside accountants, banks, brokers, and vendors, as well as being a trusted resource for her internal clients.
Before joining Redgrave, Janna served as Director of Finance at a mid-size law firm in Minneapolis. Her previous law firm roles include Director of Operations, Financial Controller, and Office Administrator.
