As a Senior Advisor at the Firm, Josh combines his trial and discovery experience with his critical thinking and organizational skills to efficiently manage Information Law projects, including complex litigation matters. 

Josh has significant experience preparing large, complex litigation cases for trial, and supports client teams to ensure discovery workflows are defensible, effective, and efficient – from document collection to production.  In addition, Josh tracks and manages litigation budgets for multiple clients.  He also has extensive knowledge of Relativity and configures databases for internal matter management efficiency, including defining production specifications, setting project timelines, implementing quality control mechanisms, and ensuring compliance with electronically stored information (ESI) protocols.  Josh also reviews, updates, and implements retention schedules and policies for clients and assists with the archiving of data and handling of data loss issues pertaining to discovery and disclosure.

Before joining Redgrave, Josh worked as a litigation paralegal at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. 

Josh’s work experience includes:

  • Managing the daily administration of multidistrict litigation matters for a major transportation company, including developing and implementing processes and procedures for in-person and remote custodial interviews, forensic imaging and collection of mobile and laptop device data, and tracking and investigating custodial and non-custodial data sources  
  • Employing Relativity databases to track and manage document productions for a chemical manufacturing company to conduct the targeted review and export of client data for review and analysis
  • Assisting with court filings and trial preparation in multiple matters, including cite-checking briefs, legal research, investigating and ensuring compliance with appellate court procedures, preparing writ petitions, and filing documents in state and federal court
  • Serving as senior trial paralegal and courtroom technology specialist in multiple matters, including nationwide opioid litigation involving the management of paralegal and administrative staff and all aspects of the trial, including jury selection, trial exhibits, deposition designations, and expert reports and testimony, along with managing a remote bench trial resulting in a full defense verdict in California.
