Logan has 15 years of experience supporting case teams in complex and high-stakes commercial litigation, class action, internal investigation, government investigation, and arbitration matters.

At Redgrave, Logan coordinates large-scale litigation management from case inception through trial, providing direction on managing all aspects of discovery in support of case strategy.  Working alongside case teams, he oversees processes and work involved with the identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of documents and data in matters.  Logan also supports the design and implementation of efficient document review processes and systems to ensure proactive organization and management of both electronic and hard copy collections within eDiscovery software platforms.  He often serves as the point of contact for client and vendor relations, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication and project execution.  Logan’s extensive experience managing the myriad components involved in eDiscovery allows him to identify opportunities to create scale through efficiency and repeatability to help clients optimize discovery operations in matters. 

Before rejoining Redgrave in 2024, Logan was the Director of Litigation Project Management at Gunster.  He also held litigation paralegal roles at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Dechert LLP before joining Redgrave originally in 2019. 

Logan’s work experience includes:

  • Managing multidistrict litigation for an FDA-regulated company, including all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) process, including managing budget and cost-effective resource allocation
  • Working with a large manufacturing company to provide support for all aspects of discovery in a decades-long multidistrict litigation, parallel state court litigations, and related investigations
  • Supporting a major pharmaceutical company in an intellectual property litigation, including preservation strategy, custodial collection efforts, and document review
  • Working with several construction companies in various delay and breach of contract claims, including preservation strategy, custodial collection efforts, and document review
  • Creating and implementing Relativity databases for efficient tracking and document management efforts for large-scale multidistrict litigation for a manufacturing company
  • Leading analysis and design workshops, evaluating and implementing technology tools (Relativity, Nuix Discovery, Opus2), and proactively identifying future technology and process improvement needs and opportunities for service delivery
