Mark has many years of experience in information technology (IT), systems operations, and data security. He identifies and implements solutions to enhance productivity, refine IT service delivery, and elevate client services.
At Redgrave, Mark benchmarks industry best practices and introduces more efficient and dynamic methods to optimize business processes for the benefit of both clients and the Firm. He has also played a pivotal role in developing an information management lifecycle for change management, incident management, and configuration management. He conducts analyses of IT systems to identify threats, vulnerabilities, countermeasures, and residual risks, and also designs, documents, and deploys upgrades to network operating systems, data systems, and network infrastructure. Mark also spearheads the creation and implementation of training programs to enhance personnel’s security awareness.
Mark recently supported the Firm in achieving SOC 2 Type 2 certification, which confirms that Redgrave has adequate systems and controls to protect critical business information.
Mark holds Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and ITIL Foundations v.3 certifications. Before joining Redgrave, Mark was an IT Director at two Am Law 100 Firms and has also been a consultant in the field.
