May has extensive experience with discovery matters and complex litigation, including handling discovery in a broad range of litigation and investigation matters. Her work includes overseeing document reviews and productions, handling privilege reviews, preparing privilege logs, and taking and defending depositions of witnesses and experts.
May is skilled in utilizing technology assisted review (TAR) and creating review protocols and processes for large-scale reviews. She has also participated in preliminary hearings, settlement conferences, and pretrial conferences, giving her insight into how civil and criminal litigations and investigations intersect with Information Law issues.
Before joining Redgrave, she worked as an eDiscovery attorney for various law firms, served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Denver, Colorado, and worked as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in Washington, D.C. During law school at New York University School of Law, she was a McKay Scholar and the Notes Editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
