Sarah has over 20 years of experience in eDiscovery consulting, evaluation of legal technology software, and process improvement for the discovery phase of litigation and information governance.
She has extensive technical knowledge and experience with eDiscovery processes and technologies, including technology assisted review (TAR) and Relativity database management, and leverages this knowledge to support document review, document production, deposition preparation, and trial preparation, as well as handle opposing party document productions.
Sarah identifies, recommends, and implements ways to simplify review processes, uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create consistency across matters, and leverages tools such as Relativity to simplify eDiscovery workflows and create repeatable processes, and has developed proprietary applications to help streamline discovery such as by helping to efficiently manage case-related materials and track historical privilege decisions across matters and jurisdictions. Sarah also supports clients in discovery budgeting by using matter data and client-based metrics to facilitate more accurate estimates of costs. Her work also includes guiding and supporting efforts to streamline and improve the legal hold process.
Sarah has numerous technical certifications, including Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS), Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Analytics Specialist, LAW PreDiscovery EDD Certification, LAW PreDiscovery Certified Administrator, and CaseSoft Support Certification.
