With over two decades of Information Law experience across the consulting, vendor, and law firm landscape, Theresa has successfully managed large-scale and highly sensitive discovery and information management projects for Fortune 500 corporations, government entities, and consulting firms. 

She works with clients in complex litigation matters to define and coordinate collection strategies for both structured and unstructured data, identify process specifications, develop review workflows, and manage production protocols for litigation and document management with a particular focus on data minimization, review efficiency, and process standardization.

Theresa is trained on a multitude of systems and applications in the eDiscovery and digital forensics space, including EMC Kazeon, Guidance Software Forensics, Digital Reef, Stored IQ, IPRO Tech, Summation, Concordance, Attenex, and Guidance Software Forensic and Intermediate EnCase training. Theresa is a Relativity Certified Administrator, an EnCase Certified Examiner, and a certified Clearwell Administrator.  In addition, she attended the Intense School of Computer Training and Law Enforcement Advanced Detective School (LEADS).

Before joining Redgrave, Theresa served as eDiscovery Director/Principal Consultant and Senior Project Manager for KrollDiscovery/LDiscovery/RenewData and held consulting roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Cyber Technologies, Encore Discovery Solutions, Aon Consulting, Inc., and FTI Consulting, Inc.

Theresa’s work experience includes:

  • Assisting a large finance and insurance company with initiatives to substantially reduce costs associated with reviewing litigation-related data
  • Managing the development of project standards across matters related to processing specifications, custom review workflows, coding layouts, and standardizing productions
  • Producing significant cost savings through custom solutions to help reduce data storage and data mining costs for a large finance and insurance company
  • Overseeing efforts for a financial services company to help reduce data sets and time needed to identify and produce litigation-related documents while safeguarding sensitive information
  • Assisting a large insurance company with defensibly reducing data sets related to litigation by terabytes
  • Managing multiple forensics teams coordinating resources and workflows for large-scale, multi-location collections for a multinational food company
  • Serving as a resource and mentor to guide project management team members and acting as subject matter point-person for complex workflows, special practices documentation, communication flows, and data retrieval and mining protocols
