Vanessa has deep and broad human resources experience, including over three decades of law firm service managing change throughout diverse organizations.
At Redgrave, Vanessa focuses on mentoring and leading professionals and developing and directing processes and best practices to drive operational excellence and employee well-being. Vanessa oversees the strategy and execution of human resources programs and practices that attract, motivate, retain, and ensure the long-term success of diverse talent. She works with her team and leadership to build and guide a wide range of initiatives at the Firm, including employee lifecycle process and recruitment, employee relations, benefits, diversity and inclusion, social activities, compliance, and day-to-day administration.
Vanessa’s experience ranges from talent management and recruiting to professional development and systems administration across a variety of industries. Vanessa also supports Redgrave professionals with efforts focused on targeted development and education, including helping team members identify and enhance skills through access to training and certification programs that further the Firm’s knowledge and talent in the Information Law field.
Vanessa is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by the Society for Human Resources (SHRM). She is also affiliated with the Human Resource Certification Institute, where she serves on the Exam Development and Review Panel. Vanessa holds a graduate certificate in Professional Services Firm Leadership from George Washington University.
