A creative leader with a deep understanding of business strategy, Victoria (“Vickie”) Redgrave brings a distinctive blend of skills and extensive experience to her role as Redgrave’s Managing Partner, Chair of the Executive Committee, and Co-Chair of the Management Committee.  Vickie oversees the Firm’s strategic objectives and operational leadership, including personnel, facilities, and technology, ensuring that the direction of the Firm aligns with its core values while driving innovation in all areas of the business.

Vickie has a unique background that guides her leadership of Redgrave.  Vickie served as in-house litigation counsel for three major corporations, outside counsel at an Am Law 100 firm, and general counsel at a technology company.  Vickie understands the challenges and opportunities facing law firms, legal teams, and in-house counsel.  This awareness, combined with her depth of knowledge in the Information Law field, allows Vickie to direct strategic business and practice initiatives that support excellent client service and enable practical eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy and cybersecurity solutions.

Beyond her leadership role at the Firm, Vickie advises law firms and legal departments regarding national and global eDiscovery and information governance issues and best practices, provides litigation consulting services, and serves as an expert witness in various high-stakes litigation matters.  Her experience navigating the intersection of corporate needs, legal requirements, and technological advances positions her to seamlessly guide clients through all facets of pre-suit, pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings in both consumer and commercial litigation.  Vickie also provides advice related to business risk management, corporate governance, electronic information management, supply chain, and regulatory compliance matters.

Vickie’s in-house experience enables her to offer pragmatic and insightful guidance to clients.  Her work has involved leading teams of legal professionals in meeting crucial enterprise needs and objectives, including spearheading the Products Liability Group at The Dow Chemical Company, where she supervised a team of attorneys and paralegals overseeing all product liability litigation matters in North America.  Her responsibilities at Dow ranged from the global enterprise-wide assessment of the company’s capabilities and exposure regarding compliance with federal and state procedural rules regarding the discovery of electronically stored information to developing and implementing a comprehensive litigation response plan for eDiscovery.  Vickie was also instrumental in selecting and implementing technologies for eDiscovery and matter/information management, and she counseled the company’s information systems team on email management, server security, and data privacy matters.

Vickie’s prior work experience has included working in-house for a global e-cigarette company as Associate General Counsel - Litigation, eDiscovery, & Information Governance; serving as Vice President, Practice Development & General Counsel for Technology Concepts & Design, Inc.
