We serve as discovery counsel for a major pharmaceutical company in an evolving product liability matter.  

Our team works hand-in-hand with merits counsel to efficiently address discovery issues for the client.  Our current work includes developing and implementing an overarching, long-term litigation discovery management and response plan, especially as it relates to the preservation, collection, review, and production of potentially relevant information.
