Information Governance Process Enhancement for Pharmaceutical Company

Through our work serving as discovery counsel for a major pharmaceutical company, we identified several areas where information governance processes can be enhanced.  Discovery in litigation can often reveal or reinforce the need for standardizing legal hold policies, investing in approaches and tools for compliant and cost-effective preservation and collection, and remaining ever diligent about data minimization and defensible disposition. 

The client subsequently engaged Redgrave to assist with addressing its information governance processes and policies.  In turn, we advised them on process enhancements to allow for a solid information governance foundation to improve efficiencies, reduce risk, and put themselves in a better position to handle eDiscovery issues strategically and effectively.
