National Discovery Counsel for FDA-Regulated Global Company

We served as national discovery counsel for an FDA-regulated global company facing multi-district litigation related to product liability and marketing practices, as well as parallel regulatory enforcement actions around the country.

In our discovery counsel role, we provided advice on high-level discovery strategy, oversaw document review and production, and handled briefing and arguing of discovery disputes.  Our team also oversaw and advised on a mid-litigation discovery vendor transition driven by business needs.  Before being retained in the discovery counsel role, the Firm had been engaged by the client to provide advice regarding specific discovery and information governance projects.
