Protecting Confidential Business Information Through Sealing
Redgrave serves as special discovery counsel for a large healthcare company in high-stakes healthcare antitrust and pricing litigation involving large volumes of electronically stored information.
We have worked closely with the client to address the complex issue of sealing confidential information that may be used at trial and protect highly sensitive business information in filings, trial exhibits, deposition testimony, and court proceedings from public disclosure. With over 10,000 trial exhibits, our team has diligently worked on hundreds of sealing requests that were mostly all upheld by the judge. We have also handled providing third parties notice of their confidential information in accordance with confidentiality agreements with our client.
Our work for this client highlights the specific skills and talents that the Firm has assembled to handle such discovery-related work effectively and efficiently while allowing the other trial teams time to focus on witness and argument preparation.
