Special Master to Facilitate Matter Resolution

Redgrave team members served as special masters for discovery issues in a litigation matter in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.

The parties in the litigation agreed to the appointments given the breadth and depth of experience our team had with discovery issues.  In the role of special master, we helped streamline proceedings and made recommendations so that pending issues and motions could be effectively and efficiently resolved.
