David Shonka Speaks at the ABA Cross-Border Institute 2022

On July 22, 2022, David Shonka will speak on the panel, “Ethical Traps for Lawyers Working Remotely,” at the 2022 ABA Cross-Border Institute.

David’s panel will discuss the ethical risks associated with providing counsel and other legal services in a remote environment. Topics include special concerns with confidentiality, communication, safeguarding of property, and data management. Other panelists are John Barkett (Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP), Kevin Brady (Volkswagen Group of America), and Kemoy Foster (Swiss Re Management Corporation).
