Martin Tully Speaks at ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery, Law, and Technology Conference

Martin Tully will speak on two panels at the ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery, Law, and Technology Conference on October 11-12, 2022. On October 11, Martin will co-present “Cybersecurity 360 — Addressing the Threat Landscape with Key Players, including Regulators, Insurers, Customers and Remote Workers” with Robert Brownstone and Shawn Cheadle. The panel will address modern data security risks from the perspective of both clients and lawyers, including litigation liability, cyber insurance, incident-response preparation and execution, work-from-home risks, and regulatory trends. On October 12, Martin will discuss the evolving field of privacy and data protection law with Judge Allison Goddard and K Royal during “Privacy Soup: CCPA, CPA, ADPPA, GDPR, etc. — Where Do U and I Fit In?”
