Chris King Speaks at the Sedona Conference Institute: Pre-Trial Practice in a Post-Pandemic World
On May 18, 2022, Chris King will participate in the panel discussion, “Ethics of Virtual or Hybrid Practice,” at the Sedona Conference Institute program, “Pre-Trial Practice in a Post-Pandemic World.”
The panel will discuss the professional responsibility questions posed by a virtual or hybrid practice, including jurisdiction, data security, continuing education, and professional courtesy considerations. The panel will also highlight and draw lessons from issues that came before the court and bar disciplinary bodies during the pandemic. Other panelists are Stacey Blaustein, Litigation Counsel for IBM, Ronald Hedges, Senior Counsel at Dentons, Wendy Muchman, Professor of Practice at Northwestern University, and Neil Riemann, Partner at Penry Riemann PLLC.
