Jonathan Redgrave and Robert Keeling will speak at the 21st Annual Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute, which will occur November 14-15, 2024. The program will address the complex and rapidly evolving challenges of eDiscovery, Big Data, and privacy that professionals in our field encounter daily.
On November 14, Robert Keeling will present “Beyond the Hype: A Deep Dive into the Reality of Generative AI for eDiscovery.” He will be joined by Jessica Escalera (Americas HSBC), Ava Guo (AT&T), Chris Haley (Relativity), and Kate Orr (Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP). The session will provide a comprehensive understanding of AI and examine practical considerations for using AI in eDiscovery. The panel will discuss real-world examples to highlight the nuances of the review process, along with the costs and potential savings associated with using AI.
Jonathan Redgrave will also speak on November 14 on the panel “eDiscovery Leaders Quick Takes: Insights and Guidance” with Scott Miller (Morgan, Lewis, & Bockius LLP), Maura Grossman (University of Waterloo), Ariana Tadler (Tadler Law LLP), and Paul D. Weiner (Littler Mendelson P.C). This session brings together a panel of seasoned eDiscovery professionals who will share what keeps them up at night and excites them to go to work.
