Rana Dawson Discusses Privilege Review at the EDI Leadership Summit

On October 18, 2024, Rana Dawson will moderate the panel discussion “Protecting Corporate Privilege: Key Considerations for Legal Departments & Best Practices” at the 2024 EDI Leadership Summit. 

Rana will be joined by Stacey Blaustein (IBM), Angelique Harris (Barclays), Julie Heller, Rebecca Lorance (Corning), and Babette Orenstein (Consolidated Edison) for a discussion about the current state of rulemaking and the ongoing challenges concerning privilege, discuss the key considerations and top approaches to protecting privilege, defending privilege claims, and pushing the needle on the privilege log status quo.
