How can technology be leveraged to produce practical and cost-effective solutions?
Our R&A Directors and Advisors are acutely aware of the vast number of technologies available that can be used to streamline projects. In our work, we have implemented technologies as simple as structured analytics, such as email threading, and as advanced as using AI to identify relevant data. We have extensive experience assisting clients with evaluating which technology to implement based on a project’s scope and size, along with reviewing the implementation and administrative costs to determine the best course of action. In our experience, clients do not have to use every high-tech solution available to get a practical and cost-effective solution.
Why should clients care about selecting the right provider?
When a client selects a provider, it should feel like a true partnership. The provider should listen to the client’s needs, recommend solutions, and ensure their requests and concerns are addressed in a defensible manner. Our R&A Directors and Advisors provide a unique value to this partnership as they have extensive skill in navigating review tools and processes, including experience with the industry’s most widely used TAR and review platforms and emerging AI applications. By leveraging this knowledge, aligning on project goals, and understanding the client’s risk tolerance, we can identify all potential strategies and settle on the best options, helping clients understand what is important in a review and how to cut unnecessary spending and excess costs.
Can you share a success story where the Redgrave Review & Analytics team made a significant impact on a client's situation?
The R&A Director and Advisor team is well-versed in streamlining data workflows and Review & Analytics Practice Spotlight: Stacy Forsythereusing work product (where appropriate). In one instance, we were able to successfully generate a privilege log in a matter, and when additional litigation arose, because we had already gone through that process, we were able to transfer the privilege log entries to those same documents in the subsequent matters. With this ability to leverage the prior work product, we were more efficient, and we reduced the amount of attorney time needed to create privilege log entries in the subsequent matters, which resulted in significant cost savings for the client. Needless to say, they were thrilled.
