Stacy discusses the client experience when working with our Review & Analytics Team.

What can clients expect when working with you and the Redgrave R&A team?

Clients can expect a team of seasoned eDiscovery professionals with decades of experience.  Our attorneys and technical professionals work in tandem to create and execute tailored solutions to satisfy the unique needs of each client.  We have handled a wide range of litigation, including complex and multi-jurisdictional matters involving multiple industries and addressing various types of claims, and our team is committed to excellence and draws on our diverse backgrounds to provide an unparalleled level of service.

What unique qualifications or experiences do you bring to this area of practice?  How does that benefit clients?

We leverage our team's varied experience and skillsets to ensure a practical, holistic, and solution-focused approach to our work.  Before moving to eDiscovery, I began my career as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Winnebago County, IL.  As a prosecutor, I was in court for several hours daily, arguing motions, trials, and sentencing hearings before judges and juries.  This hands-on experience gave me invaluable insight into the intense pressures of litigation and the work needed to prepare for hearings and trials.  Further, I learned to tailor my approach to achieve the optimal result in each unique matter.

Is there a particular area within the document review space that you're particularly excited about?

There are two: Fact development and privilege identification/privilege logging.

It’s never too early to start corralling the facts of a case with an eye toward depositions, motions, and eventual trial.  With the right documents, trial teams can formulate better strategies and win cases.

While there are constants within privilege, the nuances of each matter provide new and interesting challenges.  Further, the contextual nature of privilege puts my research and fact development skills to good use, ensuring our privilege claims are solid and increasing our chances of resolving most privilege challenges through the meet and confer process and avoiding motion practice.

What do you love most about your job?

My colleagues.  I love what I do, but having the privilege of working with such talented, creative, and kind people makes all the difference.  I thank my lucky stars every day.

If seeing live music was an Olympic event, I’d take home the gold.  I go to a lot of concerts.
