Robert Keeling to Speak on Generative Artificial Intelligence at The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 Midyear Meeting
On April 24, 2025, Robert Keeling will present “The Evolving Roles of AI Tech and Humans in Discovery” at The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 Midyear Meeting in Minneapolis, MN.
Robert will join Tara Emory (Covington & Burling LLP), Nathaniel Giddings (Hausfeld), Honorable Allison Goddard (U.S. District Court, Southern District of California), and Dr. Jeremy Pickens (Elevate) for a discussion on the evolution of trust and acceptance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
The panel will cover the progression from early technology assisted review (TAR) approaches to today's advanced TAR and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) applications.
The discussion will explore current applications of AI in document review and privilege analysis, assess the balance between AI capabilities and human expertise, consider risk factors, and forecast how AI advancements may transform discovery practices in both the short and long term.
