Redgrave LLP is pleased to announce the promotions of Rana Dawson, Tim Hood, Lisa Lukaszewski, Monica McCarroll, and Amanda Mitchell. Effective May 1, 2021, the Firm has promoted Rana, Lisa, and Monica to the role of Partner, Tim to the role of Managing Director, and Amanda to the role of Senior Advisor.
These new promotions reflect the continuing growth of Redgrave LLP and highlight our desire to cultivate and recognize excellence at the Firm. Rana B. Dawson (Partner) has an extensive litigation background and significant eDiscovery experience focused on advising clients on discovery and pre-litigation information governance issues. She also oversees pre-trial discovery, including developing strategies for the collection, review, and production of documents. Rana engages with her clients to develop tailored and innovative approaches for business issues that provide long-term solutions and maximize returns.
Tim H. Hood (Managing Director) has over two decades of legal and technical experience, allowing him to skillfully assist clients in building and enhancing discovery processes. With his diverse background, Tim can provide clients with creative and thoughtful strategies concerning a wide range of discovery-related technology issues, including controlling discovery-related costs, maximizing efficiencies, complying with evolving regulations, and implementing and adapting new technologies. Tim works hand in hand with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging existing technology to ease discovery risk, costs, and burdens.
Lisa A. Lukaszewski (Partner) has extensive experience in information governance, eDiscovery, and data privacy issues. She delivers policies and training to clients on eDiscovery issues, develops processes to analyze and dispose of paper and electronic data, and oversees the development of eDiscovery playbooks. At the Firm, clients rely on Lisa’s responsiveness and constant ability to deliver practical, common-sense, and business-focused solutions.
Monica McCarroll (Partner) is highly experienced in complex civil litigation matters and provides strategic advice and counsel on eDiscovery, information governance, and cybersecurity issues. She represents clients engaged in state and federal litigation and regulatory investigations and has counseled clients in high-stakes, multidistrict litigation regarding all aspects of discovery. Monica is skilled at developing and implementing cost-effective and holistic solutions to address her clients' business needs.
Amanda E. Mitchell (Senior Advisor) focuses her talents on assisting client teams in organizing electronic and physical documents and managing large-scale document reviews. Her extensive project management experience and strong trial preparation skills allow Amanda to anticipate client needs related to litigation and investigations effectively.
